Biography

Anne McGouran’s nonfiction appears in The Smart Set, Coachella Review, Journal of Wild Culture, GreenPrints and TRANSITION Magazine and is forthcoming in Queen’s Quarterly. Her short fiction won Special Mention in Fabula Press Short Story Competition. Born in Toronto, Anne resides in Collingwood, Ontario where she has developed a fascination with ice huts and orchard picking ladders. Her photo essays convey the character of a place while weaving in stories about its quirkier inhabitants.

Biography

Chaelio Thomas is a writer from Dublin, Ireland with a strong family background in County Wexford. She has had creative writing pieces published on headstuff.org, Tales From the Forest, The Honest Ulsterman and in the Olentangy Review and Stony Thursday Book. She mainly writes poetry at the moment. She tweets @Jenanifur.

Biography

Fabrice Poussin teaches French and English at Shorter University. Author of novels and poetry, his work has appeared in Kestrel, Symposium, The Chimes, and dozens of other magazines. His photography has been published in The Front Porch Review, the San Pedro River Review and more than 300 other publications.

Biography

Emma Zukovic was born in Lymington, England, in 1993. The artist is now based in Galway, Ireland. She received her BA in Fine Art Printmaking and Contemporary Practice in Limerick School of Art and Design. The artist’s mother is of Irish nationality and her father is from Macedonia.

Being of Macedonian descent, Zukovic’s work is concerned with the theory of Post-Memory and its relevance to the lost country, Yugoslavia.

Liam Campbell

Biography

Liam Campbell studied photography at IADT between 2001 – 05 before going on to complete his Masters in Art in the Contemporary World at NCAD in 2006 – 07. He is interested in alternative ways of living that revolve around food and the environment. Working abroad he has worked with homeless in Littlerock, Arkansas, USA, also on Cultural Exchange Programmes in Norway with Atlantis working in fishing and agriculture. Before going on to work with Project 67 in Israel on Kibbutz in Ein GeV where he worked in the fishing industry on the Sea of Galilee. He has also taught a number of photographic workshops Based on A sense of place. He lives and works in N. Ireland.

Biography

Tansy Cowley is a film photographer born in Wicklow and living in Donegal. She has a BA (Hons) in Photography from IADT (2011) and an MLitt. in Visual Culture from the University of Aberdeen (2014). Cowley has exhibited in Dublin, Donegal, and Derry, as well as having her work featured at Remote Photo Festival (2015) and being one of the Source Emerging Photographers of 2011. Cowley has worked with a number of arts organisations and galleries, including the Gallery of Photography, Monster Truck Gallery & Studios, Feel Good Fortnight, and Windy Day Media. Cowley is currently working on a video documentary piece in collaboration with DNK Sound and Media Productions. Cowley is a studio artist at Artlink. She will be exhibiting her first solo exhibition this August at Fort Dunree.

Biography

Joel Robison is a 31 year old Canadian fine art photographer currently living in the United Kingdom. He has been creating and sharing his conceptual portraiture work for the last 7 years. His interest in story telling and self expression through art is what motivates him to create and share his work with people around the world.

Over the last 3 years he has instructed over 200 students in 7 countries in a series of photography workshops aimed at building both the creative portfolio and setting up a photography business and social media presence.

His work has been used world wide by clients such as Coca-Cola, FIFA, Yahoo, ArcAngel, Trevillion, PhotoNews Canada, and many more. During 2013/2014 he worked exclusively with Coca-Cola and FIFA as the lead photographer and voice of social media on the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola where he travelled and photographed more than 80 countries over a 9 month period.
