Biography

Tanya Harris is a multidisciplinary emerging visual artist based in Ireland. Since graduating from an MA in  Central Saint Martins in London,  she has been working with sound, collage, drawing, projection, and textiles.

Exhibitions include Consciousness Resides in Geometry, Courthouse Gallery Co. Clare 2018; Sounding Pattern, Call & Response Gallery, London 2017; The Ecology of a Multidimensional Landscape, Courthouse Gallery Co. Clare 2016; Everything is a Result of Frequency, Fringe Bath Arts 2014, and Glor, Ennis 2016; Echoing Resonance, BE OPEN Sound Portal in London 2013; The Architecture of Sound, Sounding Space symposium in London 2013, Resonance and Recapitulation Exhibit, Limerick 2015. Ink Forest, interactive animated wallpaper in collaboration with Beyond The Valley, V&A, London, 2011. Articles about my  work have appeared in publications including The State of Art-Installation & Site Specific (Bare Hill Publishing, UK, 2015); Synaptic Stimuli (online journal 2015); Pioneer Works’ In Print Magazine Intercourse, (Brooklyn 2016) and E-Squared Magazine Issue 1, (Rhode Island 2016).
